SMARTPHONE APPLICATION FOR MONGOLIANS ABROAD AVAILABLE

Currently, the Ministry of Health and the Communications and Information Technology Authority are jointly operating the 119 helpline for advice and information regarding COVID-19. This time, a smartphone application called ‘Shuurkhai 119’ has been developed for the Mongolian citizens abroad.

 

The application was developed by ‘CallPro’, a Mongolian communication company, in the framework of their social responsibility actions. 

 

This makes it possible to contact the 119 helpline free of charge 24/7 from any parts of the world. As the application has been developed with high-grade security, Mongolian citizens that are currently working and living in foreign countries are also now able to get medical advice from doctors.
