From today, Mongolia has resumed coal export through Shiveekhuren border port in Gurvantes soum of Umnugobi aimag. Gashuunsukhait port, which was halted for two months due to Covid-19 prevention, was re-opened on March 23 to restore coal export.

In conjunction with restoring of the coal export, disinfection and other necessary precautionary measures are being applied, such as disinfecting all trucks and drivers, as stated in the recommendations of professional organizations.
