MNT 44 BILLION DISBURSED FOR MORTGAGE

In February 2020, mortgage loans worth MNT 44 billion were disbursed to 634 borrowers in total, of which 42.6 percent was issued through the source of the government and 57.4 percent from the commercial banks.

The average weighted interest rate of newly disbursed mortgage loans decreased by 1.0 percentage points from the previous year.
