Home News STUDENTS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTERS TO GET MONTHLY STIPEND WORTH MNT 200 THOUSAND STUDENTS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTERS TO GET MONTHLY STIPEND WORTH MNT 200 THOUSAND At its regular meeting held on February 4, the Cabinet decided to increase amount of monthly stipend that is granted to students of vocational training and production centers to MNT200.000, which was MNT100.000 in 2019. More specifically, students of 2.5-year and one-year study of vocational education and students of 3 and 1.5-year full-time study of technical education and students up to 45 years old, who are getting involved in 4-6-months training by the request of their employers, will receive the stipend. However, to get the stipend, students have to satisfy criteria including no violation of internal order and code of the ethics and having attendance of over 75 percent. More than 36 thousand students out of 37.5 thousand students, who are studying in 80 vocational training institutions in the academic year of 2019-2020, are students of full-time study of vocational and technical education.
