UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - TO OPEN EMBASSY

It will be recalled that last month Mongolian Prime Minister Ch.Saikhanbileg visited the UAE at the invitation of Deputy President, Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

During the visit, which took place on 19th-20th May, both sides exchanged opinions about supporting and safe-guarding investments and setting up an air link between Mongolia and the UAE. It was also decided to open a UAE Embassy in Ulaanbaatar as a priority. The Emirates confirmed that they are eager to buy Mongolian mutton, co-operate in agriculture, as well as invest in mining and infrastructure.
