DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO LAWS AND DRAFT RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TO PARLIAMENT

Speaker of parliament Z.Enkhbold received Tuesday draft amendments to the laws on customs and on VAT submitted by the Finance Minister B.Bolor.

Main purposes of the amendment to the customs law are to abolish negative factors and problems in the implementation of projects and programs funded with foreign loans and assistance and to intensify works underway in frames of the projects and programs. The VAT law’s amendment will enable people to  take back 2% of VAT twice a year.

The same day, the Minister of Health and Sport S.Lambaa submitted to parliament a draft amendment to the law on crime, and a bill on the liability insurance for medical workers.
