KUWAITI AID WILL GO TO CONSTRUCTION OF BURN TREATMENT CENTER

Prime Minister of Mongolia J.Erdenebat and the Ambassador of Kuwait to Mongolia Khalid Yateem Al-Fadhli met on August 16 at the latter’s request. the Ambassador conveyed the heartfelt greetings from the Premier of Kuwait and congratulated Mr J.Erdenebat on being appointed the head of government.

He highlighted that the Kuwait Development Fund has been playing an important role in the growth of Mongolia’s key economic sectors and wishes to increase the investments.

The Kuwait fund has decided in 2006 to give Mongolia non-refundable aid of USD 12 million. The PM J.Erdenebat informed of his intent to dedicate the financing for construction of a burn treatment center.

The Kuwaiti side has once again offered assistance in extension of Undurkhaan Airport.
