OPENING BELL CEREMONY CONDUCTED FOR THE IPO OF INVESCORE NBFI

To honor the occasion of the primary market opening of ‘Invescore NBFI’ JSC’s IPO, Ms.Davaasuren, Chairwoman of FRC, Mr.Altai, CEO of Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mr.Ankhbayar, Chairman of  ‘Invescore NBFI’ JSC, Mr.Baysgalan, CEO of ‘Invescore NBFI’ JSC, Ms.Batchimeg, CEO of ‘TDB Capital’ LLC, and Ms.Uyangakhishig, CEO of ‘Invescore Capital’ LLC, visited Mongolian stock exchange and rang the bell to start the 5,978th securities trading of MSE.

Having been listed on the Tier III of MSE that used to attract retail investors, ‘Invescore NBFI’ JSC will ensure the participation of professional investors by offering its 85 percent of total outstanding shares to strategic investors. 

According to the prospectus, the Company is currently working on launching a fintech-based micro-loan application in order to increase the accessibility of its financial services and plans penetrate to international markets of Central Asia and South-East Asia. 

The subscription will be received through MSE’s all member brokerage companies during the period between 10 am-5 pm on May 22-30, 2019 and 10 am-3 pm on May 31, 2019.
