MONGOLIAN DELEGATION ATTENDS CICA SUMMIT

Mongolian delegation led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Tajikistan L.Battulga participated in the fifth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) held on June 15 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Representatives of over 30 countries and international organizations including heads of state and government of more than 20 countries participated in the summit. At the CICA summit the member states discussed intensification of cooperation and regional security issues.

There are 27 member states in CICA including Azerbaijan,  Afghanistan, Bahrain, Cambodia, China, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Russia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Vietnam, and 14 observers including sovereign states and international organizations.
