According to the National Statistics Committee, the number of employed foreign nationals in Mongolia increased by 6,000 in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. As of Q3 2025, a total of 23,800 foreign nationals from 103 countries are working in Mongolia under employment contracts, either for wages or as volunteers.
