On April 7, 2025, President of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) Tur-Od Lkhagvajav met with President of the Erfurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the Federal Republic of Germany Dieter Bauhaus, as well as other delegates, and business leaders. President Tur-Od Lkhagvajav presented the MNCCI's mandate, its partnership with Germany, and current joint initiatives. Furthermore, he expressed his eagerness to intensify cooperation on enhancing the Chamber's operations and legal environment, strengthening its branches in 21 aimags, and boosting vocational training and human resource development. President of the Erfurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce Dieter Bauhaus emphasized their readiness to provide all-around support to the MNCCI in establishing a system for training skilled professionals. German companies request training for the specific specialists they need, and the local Chambers of Commerce and Industry offer between 200 and 300 different types of training courses. This process includes research across all business sectors, careful selection of candidates, and ultimately the preparation of professionals whose qualifications are recognized and accepted by the companies.
