“E-TRANS LOGISTICS” JSC TO DISTRIBUTE DIVIDENDS

Ulaanbaatar, February 28, 2023 /MONTSAME/. According to the Resolution of the Board of Directors meeting of “E-Trans Logistics” JSC, the Board approved to distribute dividends of MNT 3.00 per share from net profits of 2022.

The list of shareholders eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the ordinary shareholders' meeting. The dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by December 31, 2023.
