NUMBER OF SECURITIES TRADED AT NATIONAL STOCK MARKET INCREASED BY 28.7 TIMES

In the first 11 months of this year, 679.0 million pieces of securities worth MNT 1.1 trillion were traded at the national stock market, increased by MNT 1.1 trillion (28.7 times) and 425.6 million pieces of securities (2.7 times) compared to the same period of the previous year.

 

In November 2021, total sales of stocks reached MNT 14.4 billion, increased by MNT 14.4 billion (2.0 times) from the previous month. The number of pieces of traded securities reached 138.0 million, increased by 120.5 million pieces (7.9 times) from the previous month. 7.9 times increase in sales of stock in November 2021 from the previous month was mainly due to the fact that ‘Central Express CVS’ LLC traded their bonds in the stock market.

 

In November 2021, the average of indices of the top 20 financial markets was 39379.4 units, decreased by 978.1 units from the previous month, while it is increased by 21838.1 units from the same period of 2020.

 

In November 2021, the total value of joint-stock companies operating at stock markets reached MNT 5.2 trillion, increased by MNT 374.7 billion (7.7 percent) from the previous month, and increased by MNT 2.6 trillion (2.0 times) from the same period of the previous year.
