2,261 CONTAINERS TRANSPORTED THROUGH RAILWAY

In aims of boosting freight transport between Mongolia and China, the two countries are jointly carrying out measures for railway transport. 

In its framework, a total of 967,147 tons of freight have been handed over to the side of China, and 148,331 tons of freight have been received between July 1 and 25. 

As a result of the talks held between Ulaanbaatar Railway JSC and the railway authority of Hohhot, China, 51 trains have been used to transport the containers bound for Mongolia that were stuck at the Tianjin Port in China.
