MINISTER D.SARANGEREL RECEIVES ADB COUNTRY DIRECTTOR FOR MONGOLIA

On September 6, Minister of Health D.Sarangerel received Asian Development Bank (ADB) Country Director for Mongolia Yolanda Fernandez Lommen for completing her mission in Mongolia.

At the start of the meeting, Minister D.Sarangerel noted that ADB is making highly significant contributions to the development of the health sector of Mongolia, and highlighted that the bank is an important partner that has consistently supported the development of all socioeconomic sectors. She then expressed her gratitude to Ms.Yolanda Fernandez Lommen for putting efforts into the realizations of all the works.

Afterwards, Ms. Yolanda Fernandez Lommen informed of the current projects being implemented in the health sector, and expressed her confidence in the active partnership of the Ministry of Health as well as its contribution in future projects.

In recognition of her important contribution to the development of the health sector of Mongolia and in protecting the health of citizens, Minister of Health D.Sarangerel awarded Ms.Yolanda Fernandez Lommen with the title, ‘Foremost Worker of Health’.
