MONGOLIA-BELARUS BUSINESS FORUM HELD

Mongolia-Belarus Business Forum was held at Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry on September 13.

From Belarusian side, business delegates headed by the deputy chief of Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with Ambassador of Belarus to Mongolia participated in the business forum.

At the forum, the sides discussed about cooperating in bringing Belarusian investment to Mongolia’s large industrial and infrastructure projects and increasing export and import of leather, cashmere, wool, processed meat and meat products

Moreover, they highlighted a broad opportunity to sell products through online trade by introducing goods into sales network of the two countries and noted that businessmen of the two countries need to utilize opportunities effectively,

As of the first six months of 2019, Mongolia-Belarus foreign trade turnover reached USD6832.8 million, with an increase of 7.8 percent or USD 492.3 million as compared with the same period of previous year.
