PROJECT UNDERWAY IN ZAVKHAN AIMAG TO OPEN FACTORIES IN EVERY SOUM

As part of Zavkhan aimag’s goal to transform from consumer to producer, Z-24 project is being implemented to open factories in each one of 24 soums of the aimag.

 

The project consulting service was provided by the EXIM Centre of Mongolia and every soum has been provided with the equipment necessary for the project implementation and information on their installation and use.

 

Under the project, three clusters will be created in the industries of meat, milk, and dairy production, sewing, and sheepskin and leather processing.

 

According to the local government of Zavkhan aimag, 87 people have so far received basic training to work at the new factories.
